This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on the Ways2OrganicFood website (“Platform”) are processed, delivered, and managed. By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code, email ID, and an active mobile number. Incorrect details may delay or affect delivery.

All products that are in stock are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. If any item requires fresh production or additional preparation time, the customer will be informed promptly.

Order processing time may vary depending on product availability, operational workloads, or unexpected circumstances.

2. Delivery & Service Areas

We currently deliver only within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

All deliveries are done through our verified delivery partners or our in-house team, depending on the delivery location.

We deliver orders within 2 days from the date of purchase. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues.

Delivery is available all days of the week, including Sundays and public holidays. Only extreme conditions may affect service.

Customers will receive delivery updates and/or tracking details once the order is out for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

No additional shipping, handling, or COD fees are charged at checkout.

4. Delivery Coverage

Orders are delivered only to locations within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai that are serviceable by our team or logistics partners.

If an address is found to be non-serviceable after order placement, the customer will be contacted and the order will be cancelled with a full refund.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery may be marked as failed if the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, delivery is refused, or the delivery partner is unable to contact the customer.

In case of a failed delivery, we will attempt redelivery. If the order returns to us, we will contact the customer for the next steps.
