1. Order Cancellation
A. Before Dispatch
- You can cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched.

- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
B. After Dispatch
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- You may refuse delivery. After the order is returned, we will issue a refund (shipping charges may be deducted).
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item.
- Your order was charged but not delivered.
- The product does not meet our quality standards (after verification).
Refunds cannot be provided for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, fresh items) unless delivered in unacceptable condition.
📸 All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
3. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider).
